Romina has a dream: to open a space in her own home where she can experiment, cultivate and share her passion for cooking.

And the dream becomes reality, the doors of the house are open to offer moments of conviviality and joy to guests by offering Canavese cuisine without forgetting vegetarian or vegan menus.

Cuisine "d'na volta" (in local dialect means: follows old traditional recipes) to keep alive the local culinary tradition and beyond, accompanied by "zero" km wines

Ca' Nostra is not a traditional restaurant and does not want to be; it is a private home where it will be possible to taste something new and different in a more intimate and private atmosphere than the usual restaurant.
